Rodina

Rodina are songwriters and performers Aoife Hearty and Joe Tatton. With 4 albums under this name with a fifth on the way they have a broad spectrum of songs in styles from Jazz ballads to Dubstep electronica and everywhere in between.

Their first album Over the Sun was toured in Istanbul in 2008 with and the classic track from this album is Always Had a Dream:

The second album Home from 2013 featured Mister Lee, A dance floor four on the floor acid-jazz vibe that Jamie Cullum played on his R2 show and described as “excellent”

They also have albums “You Got Soul” from 2015 and Rodina and The Wolf – a collaboration with DJ/ Producer Christian Wolstenholme which featured Rodina’s songs reimagined for a whole new audience !
